Hi, my name is Anika, and here is a quick summary of why I started this small, self care based business, and why you should be prioritizing self care in your life, and the lives of loved ones around you:
Growing up as a girl, I saw firsthand how much self doubt, pressure, and negativity so many of us carry. I’ve watched some of the strongest, most beautiful girls I know struggle with self hate and low self-worth. One thing I noticed over and over was that they didn’t always make time for themselves. They gave so much to others but rarely poured that same love into themselves, and that stayed with me. I realized how powerful and necessary self care really is. Not as a luxury, but as a form of self respect and healing. I wanted to create something that would encourage people, especially women and girls, to show up for themselves, to rest, to recharge, and to treat their own hearts with kindness. You deserve to love yourself just as deeply as you love others, and I hope my business can be a reminder of that.
